Grandparents Exclusive

1. Eligibility

 

The offer is available to parents, grandparents, and guardians of children aged 1-4. Children’s guardians who are also sole carers for the child may substitute a grandparent with any relative over the age of 20.

This offer applies to both new and returning customers. However, if a child has already attended a photoshoot with their guardian, they will receive the £100 credit, but the free wall block offer will not apply.

Other family members (e.g., aunts, uncles) may join the session but are limited to one use of the base offering and one use of the Grandparents Exclusive offer per shoot.

2. Booking Details

 

To secure a booking, customers may call Zen Shots' bookings team directly at 01908 766266 or register their interest via the online lead form on the Zen Shots website here.

A £25 booking deposit is required to secure your spot. Please note that this deposit may be forfeited in the case of cancellations or reschedules.

Photoshoots are not available on weekends and cannot be scheduled after 17:00. All bookings are subject to availability in the diary.

3. Photoshoot Participation

 

To qualify for the Grandparents Exclusive offer, grandparents must attend both the photoshoot and the Fine Art Consultation (FAC).

If grandparents cannot attend either session, the offer will no longer be valid.

Other family members are welcome to join the session, but the offer is restricted to one use of the base offering and one use of the Grandparents Exclusive offer per shoot.

4. Fine Art Consultation (FAC)

 

Attendance at the Fine Art Consultation (FAC) is required to claim the free wall block and £100 credit.

The consultation must take place in person; online consultations are not available at this time.

5. Offer Inclusions

 

Each shoot includes one free 10"x8" Wall Block (approximately 25.4 cm x 20.32 cm). With the Grandparents Exclusive offer, one additional wall block of the same image will be added to the order.

The £100 credit is valid for use on any Zen Shots product or package, and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. The credit is non-transferable and cannot be grouped with another individual’s credit.

6. Pricing and Payments

 

The £25 deposit will either be refunded once orders are finalised or applied as credit toward any purchases made during the Fine Art Consultation, provided the FAC is attended.

If customers exceed the value of their deposit or free wall block, various payment options are available, including instalment methods. Customers are encouraged to speak with their Fine Art Consultant for tailored payment plans.

7. Use of Photos

 

By participating in this offer, you grant Zen Shots permission to use your photographs for marketing and promotional purposes. Consent will be confirmed when selecting your photos during the Fine Art Consultation.

Digital copies of photos are available for purchase starting at £200, unless otherwise stated during the FAC. Physical products are priced individually.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

 

By filling out the registration form, you consent to Zen Shots using your personal data internally. Zen Shots complies with all data protection laws.

Zen Shots follows an opt-in policy for marketing communications. You must explicitly indicate that you wish to receive marketing updates and promotions.

Payment details will be securely processed and stored in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

9. Expiration and Limits

 

The offer is ongoing and does not have a set expiration date.

There are no limits on the number of families who can claim this offer.
